Resell Rights – Master Resale Rights License Terms and Conditions

1)- When you purchase Directory Submitter v3.0 – (Master Resale Rights) Source Code Package (the “Product”) you have entered into a legal and binding license agreement with DirectorySubmitter.com (the “Company”), giving you full access to the objects and source codes of the Product and giving you the right to distribute the Product application form under your own company name.

2)- The name “Directory Submitter v3.0″, or and derivation thereof must not be used to endorse or promote products derived from the Software.

3)- Products derived from the Software may not be called “Directory Submitter v3.0″ or/and derivation thereof, nor may “Directory Submitter v3.0″, or and derivation thereof appear in their name.

4)- This product CANNOT be given away for free, you may not give the software or any part of the software away for free.

5)- Owning the Resale Rights package for Directory Submitter v3.0 allows you to only resell the software to your customer and does NOT give your customers the right to resell the software in anyway what so ever, if you want to give your customers the rights to resell the software then you need to purchase a copy of the Master Resale Rights license.

6)- You CANNOT sell this product on ANY auction sites.

7)- YOU CANNOT sell the rights for others to sell the software. Unless you have purchased the master resale rights license package.

8)- To protect your interest on this investment, we suggest that you sell the compiled application, derived or rebranded at the min amount of USD$97/-.

9)- You also hereby acknowledge and re-affirm your obligations under the agreement you entered with DirectorySubmitter.com. You also re-affirm your obligation to:

Not to allow any of your customers to redistribute Directory Submitter v3.0 in any way. Unless you have sold them resale rights or master resale rights.

NO REFUNDS: Due to the fact that you are receiving the complete, un-encryted source code and files to Directory Submitter v3.0, there can be no refunds issued for any reason.
